### About Your Host
**Dr. Camargo** is a psychologist based in New York City. He provides psychedelic harm reduction and integration in his private practice helping clients prepare for psychedelic experiences, incorporate insights or cope with challenges post-experience. He also trained as a psilocybin therapist through Compass Pathways and has served as a lead therapist on an investigator-initiated clinical trial of psilocybin for Body Dysmorphic Disorder at New York Psychiatric Institute. Dr. Camargo is interested in the integration of psychedelic therapy with psychoanalytic and attachment based theories. His clinical training focused on providing mental health services in low-fee clinics and hospitals to traditionally underserved communities in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Nassau County.
