FAQs
You have two options after having completed your OR practicum:
- Get your Oregon license and wait for portability: If you get your OR license, you have to wait a year and then you can have your CO license - this is a CO requirement for license portability. This would be the most straightforward option for you - you would not need to do another practicum in CO.
- If you'd like to practice in CO sooner than Jan 2026, you will have to complete the CO specific course, Natural Medicine Facilitation, in order to be eligible to attend one of our partner’s CO Psilocybin Practicum.
Students who choose track (ii) please email us directly so we can provide you with a course enrollment link exclusively for Natural Medicine and Facilitation.
Probably not. Graduates from CIIS, Naropa, the pre-2023 MAPS MDMA program, or IPI do not need to take essentials. Graduates from Berkely, Vital, or other psychedelic therapy training programs are required to share their latest syllabus for review. Please email us directly with your syllabus at info@fluencetraining.com for confirmation.
The Professional Certificate is structured as an accelerated track - it is only 130 hours, taking into account that someone has an advanced degree that allows them to skip 20 hours of CO requirements by taking the program.
